ORO Fragrances Return Policy

At ORO Fragrances, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with our perfumes. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following return policy to make the process convenient and straightforward.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only applicable to products purchased directly from ORO Fragrances.

with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.


  1. Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for another ORO Fragrances product of equal value. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of the item.


  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@orofragrances.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.


  1. Final Sale Items:

Some products may be marked as final sale, and these items are not eligible for return or exchange. ORO Fragrances reserves the right to amend this return policy at its discretion.
